For seniors, incorporating kinesiology-based exercises can significantly improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Regular movement tailored to individual ability levels helps reduce the risk of falls, manage chronic conditions like arthritis or osteoporosis, and enhance overall quality of life.
