Functional Fitness by Lynda Lafond

Friday, December 6th 1-2pm
Metchosin Seniors Resource Centre

This presentation will look at the importance of exercise as we age to maintain strength, flexibility and mobility to aid in everyday tasks and prevent injuries. Lynda will discuss the meaning behind functional fitness and functional exercise in relation to the body. Finish with step-by-step instruction on select exercises and variations that can be practiced at home along with program recommendations.
