Fall Prevention Presentation: Be Proactive with your health!

It’s never too early to start thinking about fall prevention. Even if you feel young and active, falls can happen to anyone. Here’s why it’s important to be proactive:

Falls are common: Falls are a leading cause of injury among older adults. Even a minor fall can have serious consequences.

The risk increases with age: As we age, our balance, strength, and vision may decline, increasing our risk of falls.

Falls can impact independence: A fall can make it difficult to perform daily activities and may lead to a loss of independence.
