| February 26, 2026 Dear Members of the MSA, It is with pleasure that I write to invite you to the 13th Annual General Meeting of the Metchosin Seniors’ Association (MSA) on Tuesday, March 17th, 2026, 1:00 – 3:00 PM at the Metchosin Community House. This AGM provides us with an important opportunity to report on the many activities, innovations, and accomplishments of 2025. Our treasurer will present the 2025 Financial Year End, and board members will be elected for the 2026 year. Isobel Mackenzie, BC’s first Seniors’ Advocate (2014-2024), will be our guest speaker. (Some of you may remember that she spoke at our AGM in 2014, just as she was appointed the Seniors’ Advocate.) Ms. Mackenzie will reflect upon her work in this position and speak to what she sees as some of the challenges lying ahead for seniors. Ms. Mackenzie is an insightful and articulate speaker and we are delighted that she will be joining us. Please plan to join us for refreshments and visiting following her talk.
