Live Storytime Saturday’s will take place from Noon-4PM at the Seniors’ Resource Centre in Metchosin.
Meet our Senior Storytellers, watch and hear their amazing stories and join in the conversation. They will each leave a lasting impression, along with their own dedications and digital creations.
All ages are welcome to these free events!
UVIC’s Chronic Pain Self-Management Program (CPSM) returns to Metchosin this month and there are only a few spots left…CPSM will be held at the Metchosin Community House, beginning Saturday, October 19th from 9:30-Noon, for six consecutive weeks, providing knowledge and information, and teaching skills that give individuals greater confidence in their ability to manage chronic pain, thereby helping to improve their quality of life. This popular free program is now offered locally in partnership with the University of Victoria’s Institute on Aging and Lifelong Health.
