Live Storytime Saturday’s will take place from Noon-4PM at the Seniors’ Resource Centre in Metchosin.

Meet our Senior Storytellers, watch and hear their amazing stories and join in the conversation. They will each leave a lasting impression, along with their own dedications and digital creations.

UVIC’s Chronic Pain Self-Management Program (CPSM) returns to Metchosin this month and there are only a few spots left…CPSM ​will be held at the​ ​Metchosin Community House, beginning​ ​Saturday, October 19th from 9:30-Noon, for six consecutive weeks​, providing knowledge and information, and teaching skills that give individuals greater confidence in their ability to manage chronic pain, thereby helping to improve their quality of life. This popular ​free program is​ now offered locally in partnership with the ​University of Victoria’s Institute on Aging and Lifelong Health.
